How far in advance should I book?
Jay books up quickly — especially for peak wedding season (October through April). Enquiring 12–18 months out gives you the best chance of locking in your date. That said, don't panic if your date is sooner — get in touch and Jay will let you know what's available.
Is a deposit required to secure my date?
Yes. A 10% booking is required to hold your date in Jay's calendar. This is confirmed at the time of booking, and Jay will walk you through everything when you connect.
What happens after I submit my enquiry?
Jay reads every enquiry personally and typically responds within 12 hours. You'll hear back with availability confirmation, a run-through of relevant services, and next steps — no chasing required.
Can Jay do the ceremony AND the reception?
Absolutely. The full package — Celebrant, MC and DJ — is one of the most popular options because it means one person holds the whole day together. It keeps the energy consistent and removes the stress of coordinating multiple vendors. Ask about it in your enquiry.
